I GAVE MY MAN A CERAMIC WATCH FOR HIS…!

My father is an exemplary figure of tradition, and he shows this with his love for ceramic watches. He loved ceramic watches to a fault, when I was younger I would watch him show off his ceramic watch to his friends as if taunting them to dare to own one. His elderly friends envied him for his Chanel ceramic watches and little wonder my father felt like a king. His peers regarded him as if his Michael Kors ceramic watches enhanced his social status and personality figure; and my dear father carried himself with much pride because either people believed it or not, he knew his white ceramic watches promoted his personality ideals. At least, he knew his friends wouldn’t regard him so if there was nothing really to his prized ceramic watch.

Having watched my father so, and having heard him once that he would buy a white ceramic watch for women for my mother as soon as he could manage it; I decided I would one day buy ceramic watches for my spouse when I married in a few months time. I eventually married but the obsession for ceramic skeleton watches never left me and I never mentioned it to my husband; but I was able to buy exquisite ceramic automatic watches for him when we celebrated our third wedding anniversary. But unknown to me, I was in for a big surprise when I saw the white watches in front of me.

That morning of our third wedding anniversary, I woke my husband and proudly presented him with a wonderful and prized ceramic white watches for women only to have my husband kiss me gratefully, and then reached under his pillow and presented me with another ceramic watch for myself. I had been enchanted with white ceramic watches for women but I had intended I would give my husband the gift first before getting one for myself. Unknown to me, my hubby had also ever wanted to present me with ceramic watches for women even though we’d never mentioned it for once to each other. White ceramic watches for women was what I cherished and that was what I got, while my husband always wanted ceramic watches for himself and for his boss, but I gave him one. And now, don’t ask me what followed our exchange of gifts that morning in our bed, because you can well imagine what would follow the exchange of ceramic watches between couples.
